As an Application Experience Analyst, you will:
Managing and improving visa application form logic, structure, and flow
Execute A/B tests as defined by the strategy team and monitor results for performance impact.
Apply and update conditional logic to tailor the form based on user profile (e.g., nationality, age, travel purpose).
Proactively simplify or remove questions that generate friction or confusion based on performance data.
Implement requests in the Application Editor escalated from other teams.
Monitoring form-related KPIs on a daily basis and escalating any anomalies or negative trends.: Customer Effort Score (CES), Drop-off Rate, MIN Rate, Completion Rate, Rejection Rate, and Average Completion Time.
Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor and government forms to identify best practices.


What will make us choose you:
1+ years of experience in operational, regulatory, or CX-driven digital products.
Fluent English skills (both oral and written) are required for effective communication with a diverse customer base and global team.
Strong command of logical structuring, compliance assessment, and prioritization.
Skilled in reading and interpreting government requirements.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
