As a Portfolio Quality Analyst , you'll be responsible for:
Lead a team of QA Analysts in maintaining backend configurations for visa products to ensure compliance with official government sources and requirements.
Design and enforce internal QA standards, establish workflows, routines, and tools to support consistent product accuracy.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work, increase QA throughput, and prevent recurring errors.
Explore, propose and execute automation solutions (scripts, validations, monitoring tools) to reduce repetitive backend tasks.
Collaborate with the Portfolio Coordinator to align and meet minimum QA portfolio standards.
Provide mentorship and ongoing training to QA Analysts.
Define, monitor and report on strategic quality KPIs such as backend error rate, response time to fixes, etc, to contribute to company's goals.

What will make us choose you?
1–2 years of experience in QA, operations, research, or backend data entry roles.
Strong technical understanding of backend systems, admin panels, or configuration platforms.
Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Sheets, ClickUp, internal platforms).
Problem-solving orientation with an eye for scalable solutions and automation.
Organized, proactive, and committed to documentation and clarity in execution.
Flexible and adaptive – open to change and improvements in workflows.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Advanced level of Excel, Google Drive and Looker Studio
