Duties & Responsibilities:
* Learn the internal system for the sales coordination process
* Sales contract issuing
* Provide customer’s credit information.
* Prepare the monthly closing and support month-end closing processes
* Communication & coordination with customers to attend shipping document consultations & others associated with the importation process.
* Communication & coordination with the shipping lines to support customer’s consulting or to verify information.
* Communication & coordination with suppliers to release and receive documentation.
* Payment collection
* Arrange delivery of original documents through DHL.
* Arrange payments for the office services
* Purchase of office supplies
* Assist the general manager with migration & residence process & medical process
* Arrange with suppliers the office maintenance, licenses, etc.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Requirement:
* Fluent English skill preferred (Advanced level)
* Information technology skills
* Bachelor’s degree in international business or something related to business.
* Related work experience preferred (not mandatory)
