Responsabilities:
Maintaining current accounts (customer service activities, as well as the daily servicing of clients as questions/problems arise.)
Creation of marketing materials directed towards selling our programs to U.S. employers, as well as coordinating with all regional offices to make sure they are fully trained on U.S employers.
Development of frequent newsletters, documentations for accounts and other entities (sponsors, embassies, etc).
Pre-screening all interested program participants in order to evaluate both their English and social skills
Generating new employer accounts via phone calls, emails, and occasional face to face visits
Organization and coordination of logistics for job fairs in our South American offices.
Hosting employer job fairs, (i.e. taking employers out to dinner, showing them around the city, etc)

Requirements:
English: Must be fluent in English
Travel: Willing/Able to travel internationally several weeks during the year
Experience: Previous experience in sales and/or account management strongly preferred
Driving: Must have a valid driving license and driving skills
Must work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
Must be familiar with US American culture.
Must have a driver’s license or be willing to obtain one.
Must have a visitor visa for EEUU or be willing to obtain one.
