About the role
The Sales Setter at MEDLIFE is crucial in expanding our mission by creating an informative and life-changing experience while motivating volunteers to stay involved with the MEDLIFE mission and make a difference in their local communities.

Your day to day involves generating and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and engaging potential volunteers. You will prospect on social media, analyze profiles, direct message new followers, and make calls and emails to spread awareness. Responsibilities include reviewing inbound leads, setting up meetings for the sales team, and leading info sessions and webinars. Additionally, you'll mentor student leaders, support volunteers in the field, and perform other volunteer-related tasks, helping connect individuals with opportunities to make a real impact in underserved communities. What will your day-to-day look like at MEDLIFE?
Prospect on social media platforms, analyze profiles and DM new followers to generate outbounds leads.
Qualify and schedule meetings for the sales team with prospective volunteers coming through the diverse marketing and sales channels.
Receive, review and meet with inbound leads from various marketing sources.
Qualify potential volunteers or Chapter leaders based on specific criteria and their needs.
Make cold calls, video calls, emails, and texts with outbound leads and provide brand awareness about MEDLIFE.
Set up meetings with qualified leads for sales representatives or relevant team members.
Follow up and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and keep leads engaged.
Lead info session presentations and webinars.
Assist in mentoring student leaders in various destinations during service learning trips.
Assist volunteers in the field, creating a connection between MED International and them when required.
Other volunteer interaction related responsibilities when required.

What will you bring?
1+ year of working experience in International Development, Global Health, Sales, (Desired but not mandatory)
Recent graduates of Business Administration, International Development, Global Health or related fields.
Outgoing & Outspoken
Experience in public speaking, working with youth, and managing volunteers.
Cultural sensitivity and understanding of international development issues.
Highly organized and strong time management.
Excellent phone etiquette
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be flexible about responsibilities.
Native-level English skills required. (it will be evaluated by a certified institution).
Live in Peru or flexibility to spend some seasons in Peru during our SLTs.
