Our ideal Marketing Automation Associate
We’re looking for a passionate changemaker who has an immediate connection to our mission and vision. A detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a strong passion for automation and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will bring experience with marketing platforms, particularly HubSpot and other CRM tools, as well as a solid understanding of automation strategies to help optimize our marketing campaigns. About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Associate to join our dynamic Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for setting up and maintaining marketing automation systems, including HubSpot, to streamline and enhance the efficiency of MEDLIFE's campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement automated marketing workflows, track KPIs, and provide technical support to enhance the overall marketing operations.

What will your day-to-day look like at MEDLIFE?
Set up and maintain marketing automation processes across multiple platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) to streamline lead generation and customer communications.
Collaborate with the marketing team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated workflows.
Track and analyze key metrics to improve campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead nurturing.
Work on setting up HubSpot integrations and optimize automation systems to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
Help maintain sales pipelines and reporting within HubSpot.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Talent Development teams to optimize processes and ensure smooth communication across campaigns.

What will you bring?
1+ years of experience working with CRMs and marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot).
Experience setting up and managing marketing automation systems, including Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, etc.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and reporting on marketing KPIs.


Demonstrated ability to learn independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with email marketing strategies and automation.
Advanced English & Spanish skills (written and verbal).
Comfort with technical tasks such as setting up integrations and troubleshooting marketing automation issues.

Nice to have:
Basic programming skills (any programming language).
Experience with other CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Experience with Google Workspace, MOZ, or other digital marketing tools.
